What Documentation is Required for Creating an Account in Denmark?

The remitter needs to provide the following information:

  • Date of Birth: Your date of birth is required for identification and verification purposes.
  • First Name: Please provide your first name as it appears on your identification documents.
  • Middle Name: If applicable, include your middle name as it appears on your identification documents.

I have created my online account, what happens next?

Check your email (including the spam folder) for a validation email after creating your account. 

Once you've validated your email, you can log in and set up your transfer. If you're using the mobile app, you'll also need to validate your phone number.

How long does it take for the money to arrive?

How do I link my current offline account with my new online account?

We can link your current offline Small World account with your new Small World online account. When signing up, find the section called Activating a branch account. and provide us with your current email address and mobile phone number as we have your records in the system. 

Note: Your username is the email you use to register with Small World. Please contact customer service if you have any problems.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

You can recover your password by clicking on Forgot your password? on our website registration page or in our mobile app.

If you have made an error while entering your email address or phone number, please follow these steps. 

You can reach out to us through the chat feature on our website and mobile apps, or you can contact us via email at [email protected]

Our team will be able to assist you with any necessary changes to your registration process or resend the confirmation email to you.

My account is blocked. What can I do?

You can contact us through the chat icon located in the bottom right corner of our website or apps or by email at support@smallworldfs.com or by calling Denmark Digital at +45 787 559 88, and we will help you unblock/check your account.

How can I pay for a transfer when sending money from Denmark?

Currently, when setting up a transfer from Denmark, we only accept MasterCard, Visa Debit Cards, and Credit Cards for payment. The card used must also be in your name and issued in Denmark. We do not accept corporate, pre-paid, American Express, or Discover cards.

Is there any additional cost associated with my transfer if I pay with a credit card? 

Whenever a client pays for a money transfer order using a credit card, the funds are transferred from the credit card to our bank account.

Cash withdrawals are considered cash advances by credit card providers which is why the credit card provider will charge you an interest rate on the amount. 

Contact your credit card provider to find out more details about the interest rate you will be charged when you transfer money. 

What are the limits for sending money abroad?

Limits depend on the destination country and the type of service. It may also vary depending on the beneficiary’s personal account limits.

To pay with a credit or debit card you have to be sure that the card is in your name and was issued in the country you are sending funds from. 

Remember, also, that we do not accept corporate or pre-paid cards.

How can I save my card information in the system?

We currently do not allow you to save your card information. However, we are planning to add this feature shortly. We will inform you by email when this is available.

Do I have to contact Small World’s customer support every time I make a transfer?

No, digital transfers are meant to be placed without needing to contact our customer service. In case of any additional requests or issues, we will get in touch with you.

My document is expired. What should I do?

You can upload a new valid copy of your document in your profile, or send it to us via email [email protected], and we will manage it for you.

Can I delete my account from Small World’s records?

You can make your account inactive if you no longer want to use it. You can email [email protected] from the email address you used for registration.
