What does each status mean?
Before your transfer gets completed, it may go through some stages depending on sending country and receiveing country.
Below is a list of the most common status updates on your transfers and what they mean.
Transaction created, awaiting payment - We are waiting to receive your payment so that we can forward the money to your receiver.
Transaction in progress - The payment is on its way. It should reach your beneficiary shortly.
Ready for pick up - The payment has arrived, it is ready for collection.
Received - The person you're sending the money to has received the payment.
Cancelled - Your transaction has been cancelled. Please contact customer service for further details.
