Why was my transaction canceled?

There are several reasons why your transaction may be cancelled. The most common cause for cancelation is a delay in completing the transfer by paying for it. If we don't receive the payment within 48 hours of setting up the transfer, the transaction will be automatically canceled.

Another reason of cancelling orders might be security or compliance issues. We always recommend getting in touch with us if your transfer has been cancelled.
