Our support team includes people from all over the world so that we speak the language you're comfortable with. 

If you call Customer Services, they generally respond in the common language of your sending country (e.g. English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French).  But we also have a wide network of speakers who represent and speak in the languages preferred by the people in the receiving countries. We will always try to find someone who speaks the language you prefer to communicate in, whether it's Polish, Urdu, Norwegian or Romanian, etc.
