What languages can I get support in?
Our support team includes people from all over the world, so we speak many languages.
If you call Customer Services, they generally respond in the common language of your sending country (e.g. English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French). But we also have a big network and community of speakers who come from receiving countries. We will always try to find someone who speaks the language you prefer to communicate it, whether that's Polish, Urdu, Norwegian or Romanian, and the list goes on.
