Why was my account blocked?
For security reasons, we temporarily blocked the account when we notice several failed attempts to access or do a payment. It's one more way to protect your account and your money.
If you are blocked, you just can wait for some time to login again, and if you call Customer Service they will validate you and will instantly unlock your account.
