How do I recover my password?
Have you forgotten or lost your Small World account login details?
Follow the steps below for an easy password recovery:
Go to Small World’s normal log-in page, click “Forgot your password?”
Fill in the required fields
Wait for an official e-mail including a recovery link where you can set your new password**
Log in as normal
*Important to note: Do not provide any information, download any document or click on any link related to password recovery/reset that you have not previously requested. Small World will never send you unrequested password recovery messages.
