Small World Suspends All Services to Russia and Belarus

Due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, we have today, together with other leading providers in the international money transfer community, suspended all services to Russia and Belarus. We stand beside our customers and colleagues in and from the Ukraine. We are coordinating with our Ukrainian community in Small World to make it easier for customers and the public to make donations, however small, in our branch network - that we can gather together and send on to support Ukrainian refugees.

Our customers can send money to Ukraine free of service fees from our app, web site, branches and agent locations worldwide, and we are working with our correspondents in the region to maintain payout service under the intense assault that the country is facing. We will continue to monitor the situation and will explore new initiatives and ideas to bring our support to Ukraine as a company and a community.
