MNA Ventures has launched its QBS Banking Facility Platform, a new financial infrastructure designed to bridge the gap between digital assets and traditional finance for businesses operating with cryptocurrency and fintech.

The innovative system aims to provide stable, institution-aligned financial channels, giving essential support for the daily commercial operations of these forward-thinking entities.

By facilitating smoother transactions and greater integration, the banking framework seeks to empower businesses navigating the evolving landscape of digital finance.

Industry roadblocks that drove innovation

The QBS Banking Facility Platform emerged from a recognized need within the market, addressing the limitations blockchain-focused enterprises encountered when trying to utilize traditional financial systems.

According to Mostafa Nasser Al-Rashed, executive director of MNA Ventures, the concept originated from practical business scenarios.

He noted that their legal and corporate advisory arms frequently observed these restrictions, leading to the creation of the solution.

“QBS was developed to help close that gap – enabling businesses to operate with clarity, remain compliant with regulators, and maintain continuity across their operations,” Al-Rashed elaborated.

Tool designed for cross-border movement

Leveraging the extensive experience of MNA Ventures’ subsidiary, OTC Business Services, which boasts over twenty years in global advisory and corporate services, the QBS platform enables comprehensive management of both digital and traditional currencies.

Its primary functions encompass handling multiple currencies, enabling international payments, converting between cryptocurrencies and fiat money, and providing Visa card access for corporate expenditures.

The system supports prominent stablecoins like USDT and USDC across different blockchain ecosystems, and facilitates international transactions in major fiat currencies such as USD, EUR, and GBP, with plans to incorporate additional regional currencies.

QBS began a limited release on November 1, 2025, beginning with its partner network. This phased introduction aims to enhance internal procedures and system features by observing actual client interactions.

The initial customer base consists of international companies in the digital asset and financial technology industries that need continuous management of diverse assets for their ongoing activities.

MNA Ventures has overseen the platform’s evolution, ensuring sound financial practices, adherence to regulations, and sustained reliability.
