Fasqon is stepping deeper into Europe’s digital finance scene as it prepares a new phase of growth built around Web3 banking. The Lisbon-based neobank has accelerated its round to roughly €3.35 ($3.9 million) million in Private Round B and opened its Token Sale Portal to early users, giving supporters a chance to join the ecosystem ahead of its Token Generation Event set for December 2025.
The company is positioning itself as a solution to long-standing financial bottlenecks that affect freelancers, global teams, and crypto-active businesses. Many of these users still deal with blocked transfers, delayed cross-border payments, manual compliance reviews, and limited access to stablecoin settlements. Fasqon argues that these issues stem from a banking system that was never designed for the speed or structure of today’s digital economy.
Web3 banking framework
A core part of its strategy focuses on merging regulated European banking rails with crypto-native tools. The platform enables instant SEPA transfers up to €100,000 ($116,200), along with real-time crypto–fiat conversion powered by its automation engine, FasPay. This setup allows users to move euros, stablecoins, and digital assets in one wallet while settling transactions within seconds.
The neobank’s ecosystem runs on $FSQN, a deflationary utility token on BSC that links product activity to token value. A quarter of all platform revenue is allocated to automatic buyback and burn, and holders gain access to staking features, premium tiers, discounted fees, and gamified rewards.
Fasqon is also leaning into community ownership by expanding early-access programs, airdrops, and participation incentives. Development of the platform’s MVP continues toward a planned Q2 2026 release with support from partners including The Gradient, Kindgeek, and several Web3 compliance firms. Further exchange listings are expected to follow the TGE as the company seeks to build a fully integrated, community-driven Web3 banking model.
