Announcement regarding money transfer services to Venezuela

We are sorry to inform you that all transfer services to Venezuela will be paused between September 29th at 7.00 PM CEST, and October 4th at 10.00 AM.

Please make all transfers before 7 PM CEST on 29th September to ensure your friends and family receive the money they need during this time.

All transactions that were not sent to the correspondents before September 29th at 7:00 PM CEST will be cancelled and replaced on October 4th with the new values.

Any transaction placed but not paid out for any reason, e.g. compliance review, will be cancelled and should be replaced on the 4th of October.

This is a short term measure whilst our partners introduce “Bolivar Digital”, an exciting new payment service which will be available shortly to all Small World customers.

From October 4th and onwards, money transfer services to Venezuela will be resumed. If you have any questions, please contact customer services.
