Agent Support - Stockholm

Job purpose summary: To work as part of a team, deliver professional customer service, coordinate with all departments in ensuring payments made by agents are process through our system/ platform in a timely manner.

Hours: As per your contract of employment
Language: Swedish & English
Location: Stockholm
Position reports to: Operation Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact to handle all agent’s issues
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and agents
  • Assess and resolve enquiries, requests and complaints, primarily on the telephone but also by other electronic access channels e.g. Skype, Google chat etc.…
  • Apply all MLRO rules per territory to prevent money laundering as instructed by Compliance.
  • Use sound judgment and take decisions within established procedures for each service requested by customers/agents.
  • Review agents’ accounting balance to assess payment reliability
  • Inform Supervisor of any issues which you cannot handle.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our services to all agents along with the policies and procedures of the Small World.
  • Maintain electronic and written databases of letters, emails and forms received from agents/customers.
  • Encourage agents/customers to provide feedback on our services and to recognise the improvement and changing needs of the business.
  • To undertake general administrative duties, e.g. send welcome/thank you emails to agent’s customers, send offers, leaflets etc.…
  • Other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Operations Manager or Country Manager.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Good in numeracy and well-versed with the accounting practices.
  • Confident of using Excel at intermediate level
  • Able to initiate innovative practices in the workplace and develop them fully, work on own initiative and under pressure.
  • Good organisation skills, ability in the workplace and outside the organization and willingness to drive into the complex details of a transaction or process.
  • Good Communication skills
