Sales Representative - Sweden

The job of Territory sales representative involves working outside the office environment sourcing potential customers and maximizing the sales of a company’s products or services. This is often done by calling, visiting the agents one by one and also helping to show them how to make use of Omnex and deliver excellent training to the agents. Representatives are also required to keep records and carry out research. 

The job holder will have excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills as the job requires describing services in order to persuade a potential customer to make a purchase or place an order. Competency in computer use is vital for this position as well as the ability to use initiative and think quickly in order to close a sale. This role offers the opportunity to earn bonuses or commission on sales.

DESCRIPTION

​Territory sales representatives sell. They are directly responsible for generating income and revenue for the business. They are not limited to any industry. They manage and negotiate with potential clients, garnering their support for the company. To be effective in this position, employees must consistently achieve sales targets and generate new business.

Territory sales representative mostly travel to client locations. They undertake many different tasks to ‘get the sale’. They are required to be very motivated, self-sufficient and dependable. They must be versatile, flexible and treat their clients with exceptional respect and care. With today’s business and technological advancements, field sales workers may choose to work from home, going into the office when necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Qualifying prospects
  • Generating revenue and acquiring agents
  • Agents evaluation and procurement
  • Account management
  • Sales process management
  • Accurate forecasting
  • Develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth
  • Be responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines
  • Giving feedback to management from agent on the company, the agents experience, how sales can be generated, and any other feedback that is relevant.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Sales Manager or Country Manager.
