Projects Administrator (3 months FTC)

We have an exciting opportunity to join us at Small World as a Projects Administrator. This is a 3 month fixed term contract role where you will be supporting our Digital Payments team on a short term assignment.

The key accountabilities in this role include: 

  • Coordinating card terminal rollout with the agents and internal teams
  • Updating the relevant files, contracts and compliance forms in the system
  • Collecting/analysing data and monitoring the performance
  • Enrolling agents to the digital payments programme and supporting the internal/external teams

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have: 

  • Excellent communication, team working and interpersonal skills 
  • A methodical approach to planning workloads with problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational skills, including the ability to co-ordinate actions with other team  colleagues
  • Reasonable Excel skills
