We are looking for a Network Development Representative in Paris with strong sales and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across the board. With such skills in place, you will drive agent productivity and transactions. You will approach everything in life with enthusiasm and be an example for all the agents in your network as this will help drive sales. In return for your hard work, you will earn a good basic salary plus competitive commission structure as well as a reasonable travel allowance will be available for those days you’re out in the field. Responsibilities (including but not limited to) - You will develop and implement incentives & bonus schemes to improve agent and network performance by analysing and monitoring their performance. - You will contact and visit agents within your network to identify ways to fix key obstacles that might be preventing the agent to transact. - Act as point of escalation for all sales related operational issues and pro-actively suggest operational improvements. - Active field present to support agents to transact (Omnex retraining, proactive credit limit management, banking issue problem solving etc.) - Using call reports reporting to identify agents in need of remedial training & support and arrange & deliver training - Close contact with field sales teams and agents to ensure service quality at all point of sales - Manage agent network dropouts/exits and contract endings - Close contact with marketing to ensure agent branding and marketing support is provided for low performing agents - Technological support and rollout of e.g., digital signature pads, card terminals, scanner etc. Ongoing market analysis and competition observation - Close contact with local compliance teams to ensure exchange of information and regular updates

Person Specification - Strong IT affinity - Experience in business development, partnership and sales management - Understanding and tracking of sales performance metrics - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with internal and external stakeholder - The ability to speak a second language is a plus (such as English, Arabic, Wolof, Akan, Bengali, Swahili etc) as you will be working with a multi-cultural network - Ability to work alone & prioritise tasks and manage day to day activities - Proven multi-tasking and prioritizing skills and able to work under pressure - Hands-on mentality and get the job done mindset - Good time management skills - Willingness to travel
