XRP Price Forecast: Some AI Models See a Path to $6 in 2026

Trying to predict where a cryptocurrency will go next is never easy. Still, that has not stopped investors from looking at AI-powered forecasts for clues about XRP’s future. Some predictions are fairly conservative, while others are turning heads with much bigger targets.

Most AI models expect XRP to trade somewhere between $2 and $3 by the end of 2026. That would be a solid gain from its current price near $1.15. A few of the more aggressive forecasts even suggest XRP could climb above $6. Can it really go that high? That depends on whether several bullish trends continue at the same time.

Three bullish signals

One of the biggest drivers is growing demand for spot XRP ETFs. These investment products have already attracted more than $1.5 billion in inflows this year. That means more institutional money is entering the market, giving XRP support from large investors rather than relying mainly on retail traders.

The XRP Ledger is also seeing more activity. Ripple says daily transactions have climbed to around 3 million, nearly three times higher than they were in mid-2025. Payments, tokenized assets, and other blockchain services are helping fuel that growth. The value of tokenized real-world assets on the network has now surpassed $474 million.

Another factor worth watching is Ripple’s planned XRP Ledger upgrade. The update is expected to improve speed and efficiency, which could make the network more attractive to businesses and developers.

Balancing opportunity and risk

Institutional interest is growing too. A recent Coinbase and EY-Parthenon survey found that 18% of institutional investors already own XRP, while another 25% plan to buy it this year.

Of course, there are still risks. Competition from Ethereum, Solana, and other networks remains strong. Regulatory changes and weaker market sentiment could also slow XRP’s momentum.

For now, most AI forecasts point to steady growth rather than a massive breakout. Predictions above $6 are possible, but they remain the most optimistic scenarios on the table.
