Veefin Solutions is strengthening its leadership as it pushes further into global transaction banking. The company has appointed Niraj Vedwa as Senior Advisor to its Advisory Board to support its expansion and product evolution.
Vedwa brings more than 40 years of experience in banking technology and enterprise transformation. He has held senior roles such as Global Head of Banking at Tech Mahindra. Other positions include APAC Director at Temenos AG and Chief Operating Officer at Nucleus Software.
Niraj currently serves as an independent director at XacBank in Mongolia and leads Acceleric FZ LLE in the UAE, advising banks and fintech firms on digital strategy and innovation.
From SCF to full banking
The appointment comes as Veefin transitions from a core focus on Supply Chain Finance to a wider transaction banking platform. The company is expanding its services to include digital lending, cash management, trade finance, and corporate digital banking. These offerings are designed to meet growing demand from financial institutions across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
