Delta Electronics Stock Rebounds 3% With AI Growth in Focus

Delta Electronics shares ended the latest trading week with a rebound, adding 2.97% to close at TWD 1,735 on September 18. The move leaves the Taiwanese electronics group well above its 52-week low, although its shares remain some distance from their TWD 2,585 peak. Investors now have to weigh that recovery against Delta’s recent financial performance and its growing exposure to AI infrastructure.

Shares regain ground

Delta closed between a daily low of TWD 1,715 and high of TWD 1,750, with around 13.05 million shares changing hands. That followed several volatile sessions, including a 6.69% decline on September 10 and a 7.24% drop earlier in the month.

Trading activity also shows Delta’s importance in Taiwan’s market. AHI Journal ranked the company third among stocks by turnover on September 11, when TWD 25.65 billion worth of shares traded, representing 2.9% of total market turnover that day.

Despite the recent recovery, TWD 1,735 remains about 33% below the 52-week high of TWD 2,585. Still, the stock has more than doubled from its 52-week low of TWD 837.

Growth supports focus

Underlying growth gives investors another factor to consider. Delta reported 2025 consolidated revenue of NT$554.9 billion, up 32%, while gross profit reached NT$190.2 billion and gross margin stood at 34.3%. Net income after tax came to NT$60.1 billion, with earnings per share reaching NT$23.14.

More recent sales figures point to continued expansion, with July 2026 consolidated revenue reaching NT$67.07 billion.

AI infrastructure remains a major part of Delta’s growth story. The company has expanded its power and liquid-cooling products for high-density data centres as rising GPU power requirements create demand for more efficient infrastructure. That leaves investors watching whether strong AI-related demand and revenue growth can support profitability as the shares remain below their 52-week peak.
